QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors or Masters degree in ABA (or related field of study)
• Minimum of 1 year experience writing behavior plans
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen
• Clear tuberculosis (TB) screening
• Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/first aid, medication administration, and positive behavioral support training
• Basic computer skills

JOB DUTIES

• Assess client behavior
• Developing & implementing Behavior Support Plans
• Provide behavioral/situational support to programs through modeling techniques
• Develop & implement utilizing data collection
• Train direct care staff
