**Job Description:**
Are you an experienced mortgage professional looking to take your career to new heights? We are seeking talented and driven individuals with a minimum of 2 years' experience in originating residential mortgages at a high level. If you have a proven track record of success as a loan officer, particularly with a six-figure earning history, we want to hear from you!

**Responsibilities:**
- Originate residential mortgages, both purchase and refinance transactions.
- Utilize strong customer service and follow-up skills to foster lasting relationships with clients.
- Leverage internet leads to expand your client base and increase loan origination opportunities.
- Work diligently to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service to borrowers.
- Embrace both in-office and remote work options to accommodate your preferred work environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience originating residential mortgages.
- Demonstrated success in achieving a six-figure earning history as a loan officer.
- Experience working with internet leads is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent borrower experiences.
- Full-time availability and willingness to work in-office or remotely.
- Ability to originate both purchase and refinance transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

**Steps to Getting a Mortgage License:**
To sell mortgages, you need to be licensed as a mortgage loan originator (MLO). Each state has its own license requirements, but we provide guidance and support throughout the licensing process, including:
- Completing state-specific mortgage Pre-license Education (PE).
- Passing the licensing exam.
- Applying for your mortgage license through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
- Completing background checks and associated fees.
- Associating your NMLS account with our organization.
