An opportunity exists to join our dynamic organization as  Senior Financial Systems Analyst responsible for the record to consolidate functions. This role will report to the  Manager, Financial Systems. Come join us and be part of this dynamic team!

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Record to Consolidate (RTC) process, sustaining activities, and project support for Enterprise-wide and Segment-specific initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting RTC business strategy, governance, and end-user assistance. The SFSA will also implement policies and standards, participate in system changes, provide daily support, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to project-based initiatives such as business integration and finance transformation.

Ideal candidate will have basic accounting or finance background with knowledge of systems interactions with the general ledger, familiarity with financial process best practices, excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to work independently or in a team, adapt to changes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The hiring range for this position in California is $111,900 to $136,700 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
