An opportunity exists to join our dynamic organization as Senior Financial Systems Analyst responsible for the record to consolidate functions. This role will report to the Manager, Financial Systems. Come join us and be part of this dynamic team!
What You Will Do
The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Record to Consolidate (RTC) process, sustaining activities, and project support for Enterprise-wide and Segment-specific initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting RTC business strategy, governance, and end-user assistance. The SFSA will also implement policies and standards, participate in system changes, provide daily support, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to project-based initiatives such as business integration and finance transformation.
Ideal candidate will have basic accounting or finance background with knowledge of systems interactions with the general ledger, familiarity with financial process best practices, excellent communication and analytical skills, ability to work independently or in a team, adapt to changes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of financial or accounting experience, preferably in large SAP installations.
Experience in a large company and matrix organization.
Minimum 3 years of expertise in financial systems and business processes.
Technical proficiency in managing smaller-scale projects, including budget and risk.
Service delivery experience with expertise in reporting and analyzing metrics.
Proficient in achieving tasks and problem-solving within SLA parameters.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently under moderate direction and supervision.
Understanding of business processes with the ability to develop and implement solutions.
Experience delivering training to end users.
Strong analytical skills and issue resolution capability.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA or CMA license, or equivalent.
Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP or another ERP, and Business Intelligence reporting tools.
Experience in implementing financial processes and systems.
Familiarity with systems managing issues, changes, and testing (e.g., Service Manager, Rational Team Concert, qTest).
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Information Technology
Preferred Education
Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (e.g., MAC, MBA, MIS).
