Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support functions within our agency.
The ideal candidate will e xcel in advanced word processing, spreadsheet preparation, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and general office management.
This role involves efficiently handling incoming/outgoing mail, directing inquiries, and ensuring the seamless restocking of office supplies.
As a valuable team member, the Administrative Assistant will serve as a liaison to the senior management team.
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree or vocational training in office administration, secretarial studies, or a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Three years' experience in an administrative capacity .
