WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

To excel in this dynamic role, you will need the passion to dive into a world of empowering small businesses and the ability to craft engaging marketing strategies that reach their target audience . Your role will involve developing creative ways to highlight products and services, creating compelling branding plans, and harnessing the power of digital platforms to boost their visibility. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or 3-4 years of relevant experience. Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus, but not required.

Proficiency in marketing, bilingual in Spanish and English, strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people are essential. You should also have solid computer skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Access, and Excel.
