Job description

This is a remote position.

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Insurance Accounting Specialist is someone who has a background in accounting, bookkeeping and reconciliations, preferably within the insurance industry. This individual will possess great communication skills as well as great interpersonal skills to ensure the Agency continues to maintain positive relationships with our clients, carriers and finance companies. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate client billing records and notes; and updating applicable organizational programs. The role requires routine follow-ups with clients and collaboration with team members.
