Job description

We are searching for a dedicated ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our ServiceNow practice, contributing your expertise to craft innovative solutions that cater to our clients' business needs while adhering to industry standards. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture: Partner with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, streamline business processes, and develop robust ServiceNow solutions that align with both short-term goals and long-term objectives.

Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, offering expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and best practices.

Implementation Support: Work alongside project managers and developers to oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring technical designs are accurately translated into functional solutions while adhering to established best practices.

Integration and Automation: Design and manage the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to streamline workflows and automate business processes while maintaining data consistency and integrity.

Performance Optimization: Conduct performance analysis and implement optimizations to enhance the overall efficiency and responsiveness of ServiceNow and integrated solutions.

Quality Assurance: Develop quality assurance plans and ensure that technical deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.

Resource Management: Collaborate with resourcing and program management teams to ensure the right resources are assigned to projects and identify any talent gaps.

Project Management: Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered within scope and timeline, maintaining regular communication with leadership and clients.

Security and Compliance: Design security plans and ensure that all solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and the broader practice.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in ServiceNow and integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivering high-quality solutions.

Mentorship and Coaching: Foster growth within the ServiceNow talent pool by identifying and mentoring individuals for greater responsibilities.

Strategic Relationships: Cultivate enduring relationships between the company, ServiceNow product teams, and clients to facilitate collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Corporate Growth: Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities for services and presenting proposed solutions to potential clients.

Required Experiences and Certifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
Minimum 5 years of experience with JavaScript (HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, AngularJS).
Minimum 2 years of experience working with customer executives and technical stakeholders.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams and defining technical standards.
Minimum 5 years of experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
Minimum 4 years of integration experience (SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC, file imports).
Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow instance administration.
Must be able to come onsite for meetings in the Maryland, DC, Virginia area when needed.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Must reside and work within the United States.

Valuable Skills:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
Certified in three or more additional mainline certifications.
Hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow applications.
Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Pay Range: $133,145.00 - $226,347.00 (Nationwide Remote Office, US)
