You'll work with highly collaborative and innovative, clinical and client management leaders, in increasing our brand in the marketplace. The role consists of providing concierge clinical support services to our clients' members, in support of Expion Health clinical products and programs. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for advocating on behalf of one's medication needs. If you are a self-motivated individual with an active pharmacy technician certification and a desire to serve others wholeheartedly, we encourage you to apply.

In this role you will:

  1. Deliver and Execute (75%)- As a clinical coordinator for Expion Health's Clinical team, you will work on behalf of our client's members and their unique medication needs, to provide cost savings solutions, as provided by Expion Health. The clinical coordinator will be a designated advocate role for members, in order to ensure they are receiving top notch level of care and commitment from our pharmacy partners, as well as receiving a benchmark level of care and commitment from you, as Expion's clinical coordinator. The clinical coordinator role will require one to build relationships with members where members have a sense of trust in the clinical coordinator and sense empathy for the member. Aside from assisting members with cost savings solutions and coordination of care through our pharmacy partners, the clinical coordinator will also be a guide to the member in providing local and national resources that a member may use, to help manage a condition they may have.
  2. Learn and Grow (20%) - Learns through successful and failed experimentation when tackling new problems; Actively seeks ways to grow and be challenged; Stays up to date on new drugs released into the market, in collaboration with a pharmacist or delegated clinical team member. The clinical coordinator will be trained on motivational interviewing, in order to best address the needs of members.
  3. Plan and Align (5%) - Builds partnerships with clients and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives; Works across functions and supports member-first mindset; Relates openly and comfortably within diverse groups of people.

This role may require travel (up to 10%).
