Customer Quality Representative
Four year degree in engineering and/or business or equivalent
Negotiation skills
Effective problem solving skills
Strong presentation skills (oral and written)
Understanding of customer based and AOA quality systems
Ability to foster a trusting oneonone relationship with customer interface
PAPP system
Effective written and oral communication skills
Strong leader able to get things done without consistently having to go to management for assistance
Understanding of change management and VEVA activities
Understand cultural diversity.
