**Position Overview:**

We are currently seeking a Remote Litigation Attorney with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our firm's growth by representing us in legal disputes related to real estate transactions, vendor and construction issues, and contract drafting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide legal representation for the company in various litigation matters pertaining to real estate transactions, vendor and construction disputes, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess legal risks and develop strategies for effective dispute resolution.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- Proven experience in litigation and related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.
