Job description

Position Summary:

Assists the Community Manager in leading the team. Responsible for day to day operational and sales responsibilities involving residents such as resolving resident concerns, move-in/out process, renewals, evictions and other resident related items.

Base Pay Range: $26.30 - $32.55

 

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
