In this position…
+ To support global initiatives, the position will combine the fields of design (interaction, user experience, graphic and game) with the elements of education, instructional design, and experiential learning.
+ The position will also evaluate, summarize, and develop key learning metrics.

What you’ll do…
+ Work with stakeholders to evaluate existing interventions, analyze learning needs, identify learning objectives, and ensure learning meets customer expectations
+ Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate human-centered, learner-focused experiences for employees while leveraging online learning platforms
+ Lead and manage learning data dashboard to prioritize team and learner efforts
+ Provide subject matter expertise on performance consulting, instructional design theory, training implementation, and effective learning strategies
+ Design and maintain end-to-end learning experiences, including marketing, and managing communications and engagement activities while ensuring successful implementation on budget by targeted delivery dates
+ Champion milestones and project status documents, prepare presentations and other major project support material, with emphasis on the Agile methodology
+ Drive a learning mindset with cohort-based, peer-to-peer and social learning and community-based interactions
+ Develop and author Web-based, Virtual Classroom, and Instructor-led and blended learning and modify existing materials and courses as needed
You’ll have…
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Educational/Instructional Technology/Learning Design or related field
+ Five-seven years previous training or technical writing experience
