As part of the Retail Commercial Programs team, the WW Commercial Program Manager will play a leading role in defining and evolving the strategic vision across our Affordability Programs. The Retail Commercial Programs team designs and delivers market leading affordability programs that exceed customers’ expectations, drive ongoing customer purchases, and accelerate Retail’s growth.
The ideal candidate is customer-centric and able to set a clear business strategy. They are adept at simplifying the complex, collaborating across a highly matrixed organization, and are highly strategic in their thinking. They will possess strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, form hypotheses, and synthesize into recommendations. They are great storytellers comfortable addressing senior executives, and can also influence while collaborating with key partners and cross functional teams. Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience and expert knowledge of the Retail industry, Commerce, and Financial Services.
- Proven track record in strategy or customer experience function, developing and leading their business through impactful plans that address clear long-term objectives.
- Leader who has the ability to use their own judgement and strives to gain consensus in solutions, with excellent communications skills across all levels of the company.
- Self-starter with proven analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Validated ability to prioritize, plan, and execute strategies, programs and projects successfully.
- Capability to craft compelling, insightful presentations with great storytelling to effectively influence Leadership.
- Solid ability to positively influence people across all functional areas of an organization. Builds bridges and cultivate relationships; comfortable being a key point of contact and subject matter authority.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment operating at both strategic and tactical levels.

In this role you will…
- Provide substantial and significant contributions to Apple Retail.
- Develop the business strategies to support the WW Trade In and WW Monthly Payments programs and use customer insights to identify short term and long term program improvements.
- Look beyond daily demands to find opportunities. Cultivate strategic business priorities, size business opportunities, and develop multiyear business plans to drive growth and revenue targets.
- Direct cross-functional teams across Stores and Online to complete key program initiatives.
- Drive program performance through analysis and partnership with Apple Store Online and Apple Retail Stores business teams.
- Influence key collaborators and cross-functional partners to prioritize, deliver, and implement business initiatives to hard deadlines.
- Create compelling proposals to influence Retail and Apple Leadership
- Build a comprehensive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn.
- Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Education & Experience
BS/BA Required, Masters preferred
Additional Requirements
- Regular meetings with peers in Asia and Europe during overlapping business hours.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,100.00 and $263,800.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
