The Role
The Shopper Marketing Manager position is crucial to our success in developing the strategy for marketing campaigns that accelerate profitable revenue growth via omnichannel shopper programs for retailers and customers. Using marketing savviness, this position will play a vital role in translating global strategies for North America to support brand awareness, create brand followers, and open networks through multi-channels. Ensure that our retailers' shelves are supported with best-in-class content to drive discovery and conversion. Campaign measurement will also be critical to ensuring profit and revenue growth on existing products and the launch of innovation. The ideal candidate is well-versed in traditional and emerging tactics and has experience with the products sold through Club, Food, & Mass channels.

Essential knowledge and experience
BS in Marketing, Communications (Master preferred) along with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
Demonstrated experience to develop and implement a plan to ensure future profitability and growth with targeted customers; proactively partner and align with stakeholders (Finance, Sales, etc);
Proven capabilities utilizing the Omnichannel shopper experience for E-commerce and retail
Engaged with social media platforms by leveraging audience microtargeting and intent-based strategy to raise brand awareness and drive sales
Strong business acumen and track record of over-delivering results
Experience in developing breakthrough consumer connections and communications
Strong creative eye with experience evaluating and developing communication materials
Excellent time management/project management skills (ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders' demands). Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously and deliver reports on ROI
A team player who can inspire and lead a cross-functional team
Strong project management skills
