Temporary to Hire!

Mechanical Workshop Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 to $24.50 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.
• Record materials and supplies, labor costs and equipment maintenance performance history such as movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, which includes reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts and repair authorization numbers, failures and work-in-process.

Mechanical Workshop Technician Qualifications:

• Oil and Gas Maintenance Experience.
• HS Diploma or GED Required
• 2-3 Years Experience Preferred
• Current and Valid Drivers License
• Local to the surrounding Minot area.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
