The VP of Retail Marketing Strategy, Front Store, will play a key strategic role in growing our retail customer base and building our business. This executive will lead the development of the marketing strategy and deliver cutting-edge programs that drive new customer acquisition and loyalty for our traditional retail front store businesses (e.g. beauty, health, general merchandise, and consumables). Specifically, this individual will lead the team that is accountable to driving retail traffic (in-store and online), customer growth, loyalty program enrollment and retention, and digital commerce penetration. Teams reporting into this leader include the Loyalty CRM strategy team, the Integrated Marketing event team, the Digital customer growth team, the Retail brand strategy team, and the Customer Intelligence team. Collectively, these teams work together to drive customer growth and engagement for the retail front store business.

Bachelor’s Degree Required, MBA Preferred

The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The candidate will be expected to have the following key attributes:
