Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior UX Designer in Seattle WA. Summary: The Senior UX Designer will collaborate with the client and teams often comprised -of designers, developers, BA, product owners, and delivery managers on the client side. You will design and test prototypes to deliver incremental experiments from a prioritized set of hypotheses. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to explore the boundaries of AI, personalization, AR/VR, and cloud computing. The role requires a focused and thorough individual with successful prior experience building robust and innovative digital platforms. The Product Design Lead will be responsible for Agile routines, leading workshops with clients, collaborating with designers, developers, and BAs as well as delivering fast-paced UX thinking in unrefined prototypes (often XD, Figma, or Sketch). You will need to leverage components and libraries (for this client will be in Figma) and feel comfortable handing off designs to developers (also in Figma). Duties:

• Collaboratively design world-class products, services, and experiences
• Distill business requirements, market research and user needs into actionable insights; Derive, articulate and test hypotheses
• Work with your team and the client on a journey of product creation based on insights
• Design and communicate effectively through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using a variety of methods, sometimes including managing a third party
• Inspire and motivate an energetic and collaborative team
• Pitch work to clients and partners and facilitate workshops
• Possibly, work closely with CX team members across time zones to ensure ways of working, quality and best practice are in line with
