Duration : 6 Months on W2 (High Possibility of Conversion)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in process validation to support the expansion of our production lines for our Aveir pacemaker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating production equipment, performing process validations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role will involve working cross-functionally with other manufacturing managers to ensure seamless integration of new equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate production equipment to support the expansion of manufacturing lines.
• Perform process validations, including installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide line support and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
• Write procedures and support line operators/group leads in executing manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with other manufacturing managers to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience with a focus on process validation; 4 to 5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience in process validation.
• Candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience are preferred. More than 5 years of experience may be overqualified for this role.
