Job description:
- Resource should have 10+ years of experience in ETL QA
- Lead the ETL projects, including creating / reviewing test scenarios/ cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to understand ETL requirement and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Perform data validations and reconciliation to ensure the data accuracy and completeness of data transformations
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in ETL processes and data quality, and work with stakeholders to implement solutions
- Mentor and provide guidance to QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous development
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ETL Testing and data quality assurance
- Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Resource should be flexible with working hours , Onsite/Offshore coordination and handling multiple ETL projects
