Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our Planstin marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for SEO and a drive to optimize website performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our site's visibility and driving organic traffic through strategic SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs).
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and addresses user intent.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, and URLs, to enhance search engine crawlability and indexing.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools, and provide regular reports on key metrics and trends.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO, and recommend strategies to adapt to changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to implement SEO recommendations and improvements.
• Assist with the development and execution of off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach initiatives.
• Provide SEO insights and recommendations to inform content strategy, website enhancements, and overall marketing efforts.
• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building initiatives to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, and Moz.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Passion for staying updated on industry trends and continuously learning and improving SEO skills.
