Job description

Inventory Sales, an EFC International company, is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join the Inside Sales team at our Kansas City, KS location. They will be responsible for building a highly successful sales team, providing continuous training and support to sales staff, offering superior support to customers, developing and recommending sales strategies for success, and reporting to the executive management team. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential skills. Experience with P21 or the fastener industry is a plus.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Products word processing software and Contact Management systems.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Directly supervises 5-10 non-supervisory employees in the Inside Sales Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
