We are a growing, fun, dynamic Farmer's insurance agency located in Fremont, CA looking to expand our team of highly successful agency producer/customer service representatives. Our office is equipped with the latest technology, modern furnishings and abundance of natural light to fuel our optimistic business approach.
Salary: $25.00 per hour

ResponsibilitiesJob Description:
Service and marketing personal and commercial Insurance products (Auto, Home, Life) to existing clients.
Outreach and marketing the same to new prospects using agency marketing tools, lists as well as self-developed contacts.
All training and support provided within the agency and District Office.

RequirementsThe most important qualification is a can-do attitude followed by?smart decision making skills, cheerful disposition, sense of urgency and keen customer service acumen.
Bi-Lingual: English/Mandarin must
Other preferred but not required skills include:
A property and casualty and/or life and health license
High school diploma; a college degree preferred (not required)
Sales, marketing or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with a fearless and positive attitude
Self-motivation and goal-orientation
Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
Desire to continually learn new products and services
Desire to be active in the community
Computer skills and experience needed
