Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Associate degree in IT related field is preferred.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Familiarity with PLC, HMI (hardware, software), and SCADA (software).

About the Role
In this position, you will serve as the initial contact for our customers, offering assistance for sales inquiries and technical issues. Your responsibilities will entail interacting with customers through phone calls, emails, and online meetings, alongside engaging in product demonstrations and attending trade shows regularly.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers via phone, email, or chat until issues are resolved.
- Keeping up to date on industry trends and enhancing technical proficiency in products.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues through diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Utilizing internal or external resources to offer accurate and timely resolutions.
- Recording technical insights through notes, manuals, and training materials
- Collaborating with technical teams at HQ (Seoul, KR), as necessary.
- Cultivating new leads and fostering relationships with potential clients.
- Providing customer feedback to refine company products and services.
- Ensuring the CRM database is consistently updated with relevant information.
- Undertaking additional tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to speak and write English
- Customer service experience
Preferred Requirements
- Prefer experience in industrial automation (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
- Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or electronics support/service preferred.
- General networking knowledge (routers, switches, subnets, VLAN) a plus.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar software is desirable.
