Direct Support Professional Sub - Warsaw IN

Starting wages: $17.01 Weekdays with a $1.99 shift differential for weekends.
Required to work 16 hours each pay period (2 weeks).
This position is specifically designed to attract people in the community that are looking to pick up occasional hours during the week on the weekend. Due to the nature of our field, we will continue to provide 24/7 staffing in our Residential/Community Living sites and our job security is as strong as ever!
Our Direct Support Sub position provides bi-weekly income, and the wonderful opportunity to make a difference!
We will work with all Subs to find a schedule that works best for them with an emphasis on: 2nd's, 3rd's, and weekends. No past experience is needed to join our team as all necessary training will be provided.
Job duties include but are not limited to: Assisting individuals with their daily living skills such as budgeting, cooking, and personal hygiene; Supporting individuals so they can enjoy activities both in their home and in the community; Implementing and documenting program plans.
Job qualifications: valid driver's license (preferred), current auto insurance (preferred), and the ability to transport individuals in services safely. Candidates must have the ability to work in a Human Service setting with favorable background screens.
