Job description
Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid after completion of training
Role Overview:
- Analytical position requiring heavy multitasking.
- Utilize SAP and MS Excel extensively to manage multiple processing priorities related to customer orders and financial information within processing software.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to articulate previous experience with order processing software, including:
- Name of the order processing software used.
- Daily functions/steps managed aside from running reports.
- Types of customer orders processed.
- Explanation of the department's purpose and goals.
- Information stored and processed in the software tool.
- Impact of the role on the business.
- Specific expertise within MS Excel, such as Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders throughout the entire fulfillment process.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and account status updates.
- Collaborate within a team environment while maintaining autonomy to make decisions benefiting the customer and the organization.
- Assist in resolving outstanding credit issues, non-conformances, and supply chain projects.
- Interface with various functions within the business, including Marketing, Sales, and Logistics.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Manage entire order fulfillment process for assigned channel partners, including order entry, issue resolution, shipping, and invoicing.
- Proactively address obstacles between customer requirements and company's ability to satisfy them.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and seek opportunities for improving customer experience.

- Manage order to cash process activities efficiently.
- Execute Customer Non-Conformance process, including investigation and reporting.
- Contribute to supply chain initiatives, such as managing slow-moving inventory and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Provide consistent quality service and act as a liaison for customers.
- Enforce business rules and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You...
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash, Invoicing, and Reconciliation process.
- Experience with SAP order to cash modules preferred.
- Ability to work independently and offer solutions to complex problems.
- Initiative for process improvement and understanding of broader business impact.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and intermediate competence with Excel.
- Experience interacting with customers in a helpful and friendly manner.
