The Position : We are looking for a Supervisor, Arc Shop Mechanical for our Maintenance department!

Responsibilities:
- Supervise mechanical craft personnel assigned to the area.
- Responsible for the mechanical maintenance of the area equipment and building.
- Responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance in assigned area.
- Responsible for the maintenance of all necessary mechanical spares in adequate quantities.
- Responsible for continuous mill productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping in assigned area.
- Keep records, maintain equipment drawings and schematics of mill equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology or equivalent preferred.
- Several years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training required.
- Five years mechanical maintenance in a heavy industrial environment is desired.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC-5 and DC powered cranes desired.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics required.
- Solid mechanical aptitude is necessary.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be capable of using personal computers and Microsoft software.
- Assertive and goal oriented.
- A self-starter with positive attitude.
- Must possess strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
PAY RANGE: $59,400 - $74,250
DISCRETIONARY TARGET BONUS: 12%
