Job description
We are looking for a Preschool Teacher with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate should also be flexible and be able to manage a multi-tasked work load. Training will be provided to the right candidate. However, 2 years of experience working with children is a must.
Preschool Teacher responsibilities include: - Educate and take care of children.
- Help in building children's developmental skills and track their progress.
- Develop and deliver interactive lesson plans.
- Establish and enforce behavior rules in the classroom.
- Adapt teaching materials and approaches to meet children's learning styles and interests.
- Manage all classroom activities, including lessons, play, transitions, and meals.
- Maintain positive relationships among the children.
- Track progress and offer documented reports to families.
- Implement lesson plans through collaboration with other staff members.
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and health procedures.
- Facilitate children's activities, including storytelling, games, and songs.
- Maintain classroom inventories for supplies and materials.
- Organizing/preparing breakfast & snacks for the room.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with children are required.
- Must pass all state and federal background checks.
- Complete a health assessment & TB test.
- Able to work collectively as a team.
- Love children.
