Job description

OFF87 in Chandler, AZ is looking for one or two food truck line cook to join our team. We are located on 135 W Ocotillo Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.

We have very early morning shifts available starting at 530 AM and ending by 2pm SIX DAYS A WEEK. Very simple menu - but looking for consistency, great presentation and high volume experience, with burgers, fried items and pizzas.

MUST HAVE food handlers card (be ServSafe certified.)

PAY IS DETERMINED ON EXPERIENCE. Food Truck experience is a plus or the desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown- loading/ unloading of the truck of all inventoried menu items.
• Cook dishes to business and health standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Preparation of Menu item

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a cook
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
