Position Overview
Starting Salary Range is $63,8351 -$73,413. The initial salary offer is commensurate with education and related work experience.
Provide technical support for computers and network applications, web-based applications, and voice over IP services to all areas of the College.

- Promote and facilitate the effective integration of technology into the basic mission of the College through planning, end user training, consulting, and other support activities.
- Develop, enhance, and manage the College's enterprise networks to provide high-speed, transparent, and highly functional connectivity among all information resources.
- Develop and maintain highly effective, reliable, secure, and innovative information systems to support instructional, administrative, and network facilities functions.
- Facilitate the collection, storage, security, and integrity of electronic data while ensuring appropriate access.
- Promote new uses of information technology within the institution through the support of exploratory and innovative applications.
- Provide recommendations for effective strategic and tactical planning in the use of technology.
- Provide fast and reliable access to all information systems.
- Implement network security for the Local Area Network and Wide Area Network.
- Coordinate with the Help Desk and Computer Tech activities.
- Telecom administration; VoIP supervision and coordination.
- Asset management; recommend hardware, software licensing, and maintenance contracts.
- Oversee troubleshooting end user support systems, backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provide escalated end user support.
- Provide security monitoring and administration of cloud applications and infrastructure.
- Work with project teams (faculty and staff) to help implement internal and external systems.
- Provide administration of Office 365 Services: Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Office 365 Groups, Power Apps & Automate, M365 Security and other Office 365 collaboration-focused applications.
- Provide automation and scripting support (PowerShell).
- Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory Single Sign-On and MFA implementation, troubleshooting and administration.
- Maintain PeopleSoft PIA environments and servers.
- Troubleshoot issues found by users, programmers, consultants and logs.
- Patch security bugs found in Java, PeopleTools, Tuxedo, WebLogic and Elastic Search.
- Compile Cobol programming code to support PeopleSoft application updates and upgrades.
- Manage PeopleSoft application software, application infrastructure, and third-party application environments.
- Administer PeopleSoft system architecture for production and test environments.
- Perform complex diagnosis of problems, provide solutions within area of responsibility, and/or consult with other technical staff.
- Develop and manage internal procedures and documents to provide a high level of application integrity and availability.
- Monitor the performance of PeopleSoft environments and troubleshoot alerts.
- Support the upgrade of PeopleSoft applications, PeopleTools and other supporting components of the ERP system.
- Provide PeopleSoft security administration to include maintenance of role and permission definitions, maintenance of user role assignments, maintenance of security objects and verification of user security access requests.
- Analyze and resolves PeopleSoft enterprise application security issues.
- Participate in scheduled PeopleSoft system security reviews.
- Provides monitoring of integration points between PeopleSoft applications and external applications.
- Perform code migrations, Data Mover executions and application configurations between environments as required.
- Process new user access requests, access modifications and access deactivations.
- Provide ServiceNow system administration support.
- Configure and support access provisioning for users into ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot application, system and performance issues while working with ServiceNow SaaS support as needed.
- Perform cloning of ServiceNow production environment to development environment.
- Create, maintain and enhance ServiceNow Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals, Single Sign-On (SSO) capability, and Active Directory Profile synchronization.
- Create, maintain and enhance future connections between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Assist with implementation of ServiceNow applications and provide technical insight in designing and supporting ServiceNow to align with Lee College operating procedures.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow system, including workflows.
- Provides configuration and administration of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure to ensure system is available for operating system deployment (OSD), package deployments, application catalog and client policy updates.
- Maintain the integrity of SCCM by ensuring that SCCM is current with latest system builds, hotfixes, server operating systems, admin consoles and client updates
- Manage all SCCM hierarchy configurations and supports all site system roles such as distribution points, application catalog, and database and SQL Reporting services.

- Create, update, deploy, troubleshoot, and remove objects in the SCCM environment
- Create, update, and delete dynamic and static collections and reports for installation, modification, and removal of applications.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
- Assume the Network Manager "Other Responsibilities" in his/her absence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA, and/or CCNP
- Two (2) years of experience in multi-protocol network environment administration
- Experience with Palo Alto (Firewall and Campus District Network Security)
- Experience in Print Server Management
- Experience managing and configuring Cisco switches and routers
- Experience in VoIP-Cisco Call Manager and Unity Voicemail
- Previous experience implementing and supporting numerous student and administrative network applications
- Experience managing and configuring network servers and storage (RAID, iSCSI)
- Experience in virtualization using Hyper-V and VMware technologies
- Ability to use Azure & Amazon Cloud HA integration
- Extensive knowledge of Office365 administration
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge in Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager administration
- Must be able to lift, carry, and install servers and battery back-ups
- Must be available to be on-call in case of system issue or outages
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required
