Position Summary:

As a Sales Executive within our Marine and Offshore division, you will represent [Company Name] to our customers, prioritizing excellence, integrity, and innovation in all interactions. This role is both remote and field-based, with a focus on servicing clients in the Miami, FL area and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Marine and Offshore Services team to drive business-to-business sales of HVAC, Refrigeration, and Fire Suppression service and maintenance solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, end-users, and influencers, understanding their project needs and providing tailored solutions.
Generate quotations, specifications, and budgets for service sales and retrofit projects, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
Utilize Salesforce to track and manage sales pipeline activity, participating in regular team meetings and reviews with management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC engineering.
Minimum 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the offshore oil and gas and marine vertical markets.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and/or refrigeration systems, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and diagrams.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical knowledge into compelling sales proposals.
Proven ability to work independently while also fostering collaboration within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in selling Fire Protection systems, including Suppression and Fire Alarm systems.
Local to the Miami area with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
