Data Analytics Analyst – Warsaw, IN or Raynham, MA
Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Data Analytics Analyst at one of our Global clients based in Warsaw, IN and Raynham, MA. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay: $32 hr; plus benefits and PTO
Duration: minimum 1 year contract

They are currently seeking a Data Analytics Insights Staff Analyst to support the R D Operations team for Customer. The Data Analytics Insights Staff Analyst will support the entire Customer portfolio and be responsible for providing the development, design and utilization of appropriate databases, reports and tools to establish key data sets, metrics and reporting. They will be tasked with communicating trends, patterns and other insights that will enable R D Portfolio communications and optimize resource utilization through forecast planning. This role will foster a culture of data-driven decision making across R D.
Primary Responsibilities:
Governance Strategic Assessments Leverage existing Smartsheet tools and build additional capabilities to drive data-based decision making.
Establish consistent, streamlined processes based upon data and trending information, including interfacing with other departments to ensure consistency of data management.
KPI Tracking Develop expertise in various data sources to build queries or other automated, reusable, routines to extract, transform, load and aggregate data into digestible and actionable formats to build monitor Key Performance Indicators.
Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources to continually enhance the quality of analytics.
Troubleshoot data integrity issues, analyze data for its completeness and ability to meet business needs, and propose solutions or recommendations.
Communication Shaping
Leverage Microsoft Power BI, and other tools, to provide insight into data using key metrics and meaningful, interactive visualizations.
Recommend, develop, track and report performance metrics with regular frequency
Work with stakeholders to acquire business knowledge regarding appropriate use of data elements, establish and maintain common business rules, ensure a single source of truth, and align key metrics across the organization to ensure consistency.
Provide training and documentation regarding developed data management processes and platforms.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required; desired fields of study include Data Sciences, Engineering, Technology, Statistics, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a highly regulated industry
Medical Device experience preferred
Project management experience and data analytics reporting experience preferred
Working knowledge of product data management systems and configuration management methodology preferred.
Familiarity with current data analytics applications Tableau, PowerBI, Planisware, Excel, SharePoint,SmartSheet .
Process excellence tools, methodologies, and software e.g. Visio .
Customer-service oriented self-starter with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills and a readiness to initiate and manage change.
Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment, building local and global partnerships.
Adept at translating business requirements into appropriate reporting, dashboard/scorecard, and self-service solutions.
Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
