The ideal candidate should have documented experience working as a Mercedes-Benz, or other high-line brand, booker, or warranty administrator. The candidate must possess working knowledge of automotive parts, diagnostic procedures, repair procedures, and general vehicle knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Ensure repair orders are accurate and complete according to Mercedes-Benz and dealership standards* Verify flagged technician labor hours and comments.
- Ensure all parts, labor, and other charges are billed correctly with 100% accuracy
- Verify that all required manufacturer, state, and dealership documentation is included on every repair order
- Monitor all comebacks and relevant Key Performance Indicators
- Prepare and provide accurate reports as required by dealership management
- Proactively communicate any potential issue with dealership management with a plan to mitigate any error to ensure the best possible outcome for the dealership and customer
- Complete any needed manufacturer training and/or certifications
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Booker
- Must possess working knowledge of automotive parts, diagnostic procedures, repair procedures, and general vehicle knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record and safe driving habits to drive both customer vehicles and a demonstrator vehicle
- Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity
- Maintain a high level of professional personal appearance and conduct
