Role Overview:
As a Senior Client Services Executive II, you'll bring at least 7 years of successful experience in healthcare or related fields, interfacing directly with larger, complex clients. You will play a pivotal role in managing existing PBM clients, co-developing long-term account strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth and enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop strategic business plans and identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
Manage and retain clients, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Lead projects, communicate across various organizational levels, and oversee coordinators.
Conduct client training and assist with escalated member/client issues.
Present data for strategic business plans, value summaries, and performance standard reports.
Investigate and follow up on performance guarantees, presenting results to clients.
Travel to client sites as needed.
What We Expect:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related area (preferred).
Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry.
7+ years of successful client interfacing experience in healthcare, PBM, or related fields.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet).
Valid State Driver's License and current Automobile Insurance Policy.
