We are seeking confident sales staff members with customer service backgrounds. Our dealership does business differently regarding our sales practice. We are a negotiation free dealership making the sales process very easy. We have a 2.5-week training program to teach you our process which means experience is not necessary. We have a mentor program after class to ease any new employee into the industry with confidence. We have found customer service backgrounds to be highly effective in the auto industry. We offer a $40,000.00 base salary plus bonuses for success. Our Sales Consultants average $60,000.00 to $100,000.00, with a potential to make over $100,000.00 annually.

• Ability to sell both Honda and Hyundai, as well as pre-owned vehicles

Essential responsibilities:

1. Provide the highest customer service standards while maintaining a professional demeanor
2. Selling products and services
3. Challenging opinions and overcoming customer objections and obstacles
4. Influencing and persuading the attitudes and opinions of others
5. Commit to gaining knowledge of product and services
6. Reach out to perspective customers and follow up with existing customers
7. Providing services, support and information verbally, by telephone or other communication sources
8. Frequently meeting and interacting with a variety of customers, developing personal, trusting relationships
9. Representing yourself and the Company well with new customers
10. Collecting and analyzing information
11. Being responsible for quality of work
12. Maintaining continuity of normal work flow despite interruptions
13. Identify opportunities for personal growth and collaborate with team leader
14. Consistently carrying out the directions of supervision
15. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve situations
16. Ongoing training for industry and Manufacturer products
17. Following an organized process, working comfortably with established routines and procedures
18. Protect the organizational integrity at all times
19. Protect the organization from risk
