Job Description:

Are you ready to make an impact and be part of changing the world? We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Director, Global Data Access & Platforms. In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the definition and execution of data access, platforms, and analytics strategies. Your mission will be to simplify and streamline access to connected data assets, ultimately driving insights to enhance patient experiences and expedite commercial decision-making processes.

As the bridge between US and Global Analytics Directors and Executives, IT Leaders, and cross-functional teams, you will lead the development and delivery of robust data access solutions and capabilities. This includes overseeing the Customer 360 connected data ecosystem, the Marketing Data Hub, and the newly launched Patient 360 ecosystem, all aimed at providing richer insights and enhancing patient engagement.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive access to compliant, high-quality, and timely data. Moreover, you will cultivate a team of data specialists who will translate business requirements into actionable insights, enriching our connected data assets and supporting various business processes within the Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop the long-term roadmap for Data Access & Platforms capabilities.
Drive measurable operational productivity improvements.
Manage a multi-million dollar budget.
Build trusting relationships across multiple stakeholder teams.
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of data specialists.
Monitor industry trends and adapt capabilities accordingly.
Ensure data quality and transparency through comprehensive stewardship.
Collaborate with IT to simplify access to complex data assets.
Develop Commercial onboarding and data integration plans.
Maintain a flexible commuter role to Thousand Oaks, US Headquarters.

Qualifications:

Basic:

Doctorate degree with 4 years of analytics and/or reporting experience, or
Master's degree with 8 years of analytics and/or reporting experience, or
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of analytics and/or reporting experience
4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience

Preferred:

Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Ability to prioritize and drive agile execution.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Wide-ranging Analytics/Consultative Skillsets.
Anticipate business needs and align capability roadmap accordingly.
Expertise with relevant data, analytics, and technology solutions.
Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to foster collaboration and partnership.
Strategic leadership in developing long-term people analytics strategies.
Proven track record in talent development and management.

Salary Range: $182,103.00 USD - $201,702.00 USD
