Job description
Our client in San Marcos seeks an experienced Construction Cleaner/Day Laborer to do construction site clean-up for the next 4 months, once weekly, on Thursdays from 8a to 5p, Pay rate is $18 hourly. Must be able to clear background check (7 year felony/misdemeanor) prior to starting work.
Construction site clean-up worker will provide cleaning services for a commercial construction site in San Marcos, Texas. Construction Cleaner will be cleaning once weekly on Thursdays from 8a to 5p. Responsibilities include:Clean-up worker will do a walk-through with contractors to find exactly what Rampart Construction (the site owner) expects and to receive any special clean-up instructions.
Wiping down ceiling fixtures, fans, lights, mechanical registers, walls, cabinets, windows, sills, mirrors, baseboards, counters, appliances and other fixtures.
Sweep and mop floors and outdoor sidewalks and patio spaces.
Properly disposing of any debris and trash.
Personal protective equipment is required to work at an active construction site - this includes a hard hat, construction vest, work gloves, steel toed boots, and protective eye gear.
