What you'll do...
We are looking for a Senior, Product Manager for the Health & Wellness Identity team to advance the way we empower internal teams and simplify patient experiences with best-in-class customer data products and platforms at scale. If you are a technology leader who is motivated by complex purposeful challenge, with a history of delivering value at scale, this role with Health and Wellness Identity could be a great fit for you. This role will lead the strategic efforts in extending our Healthcare Data Platform and partnering across Walmart ecosystem teams. You must have experience in highly matrixed environments and healthcare or regulated industry experience.
About the Team
The customer is at the heart of all we do at Walmart. The Health & Wellness Identity team deeply focuses on omni-channel patient experiences. When we do that, we help consumers access care, save money and live better - how and where they need it. The team collaborates with engineering, business and design teams to define roadmap and objectives. As an enabling platform team, partners with other Health & Wellness Store/Digital, and Walmart Digital teams to create a holistic and consistent digital strategy across Walmart Enterprise.

You'll make an impact by:
Driving the vision and strategy for Digital Identity including Service Orient Architecture, Next Generation Healthcare Interoperability
Defining and communicating overall platform strategy, prioritization, and timelines for the Customer Data Platform.
Building and launching capabilities to enable improvements to customer experiences and care coordination.
Ensuring tools are built and scaled to support needs of internal teams.
Operating with a product mindset to enable internal/external customers use Healthcare Data platforms.
Collaborating with Engineering, Business, Design teams to deliver world-class data and experience solutions.
Providing overall product direction by developing and by managing product roadmaps, analyzing customer insights data to drive actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
Building relationships with business partners to align business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
History of successfully partnering across matrixed teams of Product Managers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required/MBA a plus.
10+ years in Product Management including at least 2 years of experience working in Identity and Consent. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
3+ years current experience as a Digital Product Leader.
Quantitative or technical background is preferred.
Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.
Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver results.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful product roadmaps and initiatives.
Strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market trends in the healthcare space.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
