About the Department:
The College of Public Health (CPH) prepares students to become leaders and shape the public's health through academic excellence, research of consequence, community outreach, and inter-professional clinical practice. The College enrolls more than 1,900 undergraduate and 1,300 graduate students in its nationally-recognized offerings.
CPH Development provides strategic, active management of the fundraising efforts that support the College and student, faculty, and staff success.About the Position:
The Development Operations Manager will support the development office's day-to-day activities and provide administrative support to the Sr. Director of Development. The Manager will oversee special events that include alumni engagement activities, educational panels, and donor cultivation events. The Manager will oversee the donor stewardship process, including correspondence, gift processing, and documentation, maintaining and updating donor activities in the PatriotForce database, and reporting and tracking using Microstrategy. The Development Operations Manager manages all development aspects of the CPH student scholarship program and coordinate with CPH's Finance and Office of Student Affairs to assist with donor communications and related activities to the scholarship program.
This position is expected to work some evening and weekend hours for events.Responsibilities:
