Role Overview:

The Marketing Design Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand experience of the PIC organization and its product portfolio. The primary responsibility is to support company and product branding and marketing initiatives reporting into the North America marketing team while supporting specific global marketing initiatives through creative design. This includes materials such as sales aids, newsletters, website, social media and industry event booth graphics and video development. The role also entails supporting the customer journey through implementation of website strategies, including site management and distribution of assets across global regions.

Relocation Eligible: Yes Job Type: Regular Full-Time Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Creative design responsibilities supporting PIC marketing initiatives such as sales material, newsletters, website design, presentation design support, and social media graphic development
• Develop and implement North America marketing team website strategy, updates, SEO, site management and distribution of assets across global regions. Monitor website metrics and make adjustment to strategy as needed
• Support PIC North America and Global Marketing campaigns and initiatives through video development for use on company website, social media, and events

Requirements: Qualifications

• University degree in graphic design, web design or technology-related field strongly preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in design, website management, or similar
• Understanding of branding and corporate identity application
• Experience developing or managing content for complex web sites with multiple audiences
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Flexibility and agility to respond to changes and time restraints
• Ability to work with across teams and functions
• Combination of ability to think strategically and focus on the implementation details
• Experience using the following software/tools preferred: InDesign, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress web platform, Microsoft Dynamic 365/CRM, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams
• Ability to travel approximately 15%
