Shift Manager - Slitting IDThe last place you'll ever work!
We are currently on a 12-hour, rotating shift schedule, with a block of 6 consecutive days off in every three-week cycle. Employees will be required to work Saturdays based on production requirements.
ResponsibilitiesThis key management position will be responsible for Safety, Quality, Production, Training, and Coaching in a manufacturing environment.
Working on QAD, ClickView, Microsoft and ERP systems.
Overseeing and leading a team of 30-35 employees.
Qualifications The selected candidate should have:
- A proven commitment to safety and best practices implementation
- A collaborative management style, able to work well with all levels in the organization
- Outstanding Leadership Skills
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Slitting or web handling experience
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Computer skills
- Supervisory experience
- A four year Bachelor's Degree preferred but a two year Associate's degree considered

Division DescriptionThe Coated Products Operations consists of three manufacturing plants, four Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings. The Coated Products facility in Green Bay completed a major expansion, making this plant a state-of-the-art facility. The expansion has doubled the size of this plant, and includes a new building, Coater, Slitters and Automated Sequencing System.
