Job description

Golf Suites™ is seeking a Director of Operations in Lubbock, TX. Golf Suites™ mission is to provide a fun, all-Inclusive, engaging, and authentic golf-centric entertainment venue focused on ultimate hospitality and game improvement. GolfSuites™ prides itself on delivering FUN with passion by building relationships and creating unforgettable experiences for every guest.

The Director of Operations is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating venue operations across all departments to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. The Director of Operations manages and coaches Golf Suites’s leaders to guarantee their teams provide best-in-class service and hospitality while delivering fun with passion to our Guests. The Director of Operations is responsible for all business functions, including executing daily operational activities, building a strong team through effective hiring, scheduling, development and team engagement, implementing and upholding processes and standards, ensuring quality food preparation, maximizing financial performance, building relationships with the community, and growing the Golf Suites brand.
