Walt Disney Imagineering is the master planning, creative design, engineering, production, project management, and research and development arm of The Walt Disney Company. Its experienced corps of Imagineers oversees the creation - from concept initiation through installation - of all Disney Resorts, theme parks and attractions, real estate developments, regional entertainment venues, and new media projects.

The Interior Design family is responsible for the design of interior spaces in our theme parks, primarily restaurants, retail, theaters, and attraction queues. They are also responsible for our hotels and cruise ships' design or design oversight. The scope of work encompasses conceptual design through contract documentation and field installation, including specifications of all materials and furnishings. 

This is a Project Hire position without any guarantee of permanent placement.

The Interior Designer will report to the Manager, Interior Design.

The hiring range for this onsite position in Glendale, CA is $77,100 to $103,400 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
