Technical Project Manager - Data Domain
Duration : 9 months (possible extension or conversion)
Locations : 3 days onsite hybrid required

TPM will run the agile pods across the organization. They will address the Backlog of data concerns what is root cause, and lead the design for solution and implement those change . They will pull resources from Finance, Risk, Tech Partners, etc to be involved in the project. They will manage all meetings and ensure progress daily, tracking and documenting progress, manage progress in implementation solutions , manage all reports , scrum master role is here to ensure identification of root cause, problem solving and solutions
- Delivery - Release - People - Impediment - Dependency - Project Manager
- Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies - Scrum calls (Daily), Sprint planning (Once a Sprint), Retrospect (Once A Sprint) - TPMs to lead
- Permits: Lead the Permits for Design, Build and Deploy
- Lead Jira usage in Scaled Agile manner
- Update the project tracking system with weekly RAG status at Project and Milestone level
- Highlight any risks and blocker for delivery and create mitigation plan
- Maintain the project status in Jira and Slide decks
- Lead multiple stakeholder calls at Tower & Workstream level
- Make people accountable for their deliverables at all stages of delivery
- Start, maintain and close the Sprint on time
- Follow the Agile practices and Unified calendar
- Work with TAM and keep track of clocking hours by team members
- Resource balancing
- Team harmony
- Participate in Release activities
- Help anyone else on this group in any Tasks
- Involve in architecture discussions and Design and contribute to the solution and challenging the status quo
- Contribute towards reduction or elimination of technical Debt
- Work with finance on budget and forecast
- Complete grass root understanding of Jira usage at field level and the process flow
- Be bold for client s Agile practice implementation
- Own Sprint Level metrics - Success Rate (>=90%) & Churn Rate (+/- 5%)
- Responsible from cradle to grave for the assigned project (PTS#) in close collaboration with other stakeholders
