Role description:

Arcadis is looking for a Senior Wastewater Engineer to join our growing Resilience Water Team in either Tampa, Orlando, Plantation, or Miami, Florida! 

With the support of a strong nationally recognized staff, The Senior Wastewater Engineer will be able to lead a team to grow expertise and technical knowledge of wastewater treatment design & construction engineering. This role will be expected to support in project delivery, client management/satisfaction, and have opportunities to manage design teams and serve numerous clients. This opportunity offers significant growth opportunities for advancement, engagement in our national Communities of Practice, and participation in nationally recognized professional organizations.

The rate at which we’re seeing large-scale, unforeseen events such as floods and wildfires, is becoming more frequent. Role accountabilities:

In this role, you will utilize your expertise and technical knowledge to successfully execute projects and help build and grow our practice in the region. This includes leading wastewater design for plant (inside the fence) projects and other wastewater facilities. 

In addition, you will lead project teams and collaborate with clients in the planning, design and construction of wastewater facilities as well as creating construction documents, specifications, and handling construction oversight / administration.

The salary range for this position is $97,600 - $146,400/year.
