We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product Organization at Smartsheet, working on our customer onboarding and solution building experience. Onboarding is a customer's first impression of the Smartsheet product and customers realize the full potential of Smartsheet through the solutions they build. Both of these experiences build strong customer loyalty and kickstart the flywheel to more adoption and engagement.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Product Management and can be based remotely or at our Bellevue, WA Headquarters.

You Will:

• Define a vision and strategy for our onboarding and solution building product experience informed by company objectives, customer needs, and industry best practices.
• Partner with and influence technical and product leadership across Smartsheet to align strategy and platform investments
• Regularly present strategy, product concepts and roadmap to educate, influence and align with senior leadership.
• Partner closely with research, design and engineering to create compelling, high-quality customer experiences
• Use internal and external data to guide experimentation, designs, decisions, opportunities and evaluation of success
• Partner with research, product design, engineering, data science, marketing and analytics teams to run quantitative experiments and qualitative studies to test hypotheses and iteratively develop product capabilities that our customers love.
• Communicate strategy, product health, capabilities, experimentation status, and insights to a wide audience
• Write succinct and compelling product strategy, execution and requirements documents.
• Successful candidates will operate at both the strategic and tactical levels and form strong cross-team partnerships that ensure combined success for the product area
• Support other duties as needed

You Have:

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience partnering closely with design, user research and marketing teams. Successfully delivered a delightful user experience with high-scale platforms
• Strong presentation skills to influence and align with senior management
• Data-driven mentality with a focus on metrics, analytics and experimentation
• Experience delivering highly-complex consumer or enterprise software products from inception to launch in a B2C or B2B setting
• Experience working with Machine learning and Generative AI technologies
• Experience with agile development processes and frequent product releases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High interpersonal skills to build trusted and strategic cross-team partnerships rooted in customer benefit
• Technical degree, or equivalent experience working with engineers to make product decisions on behalf of customers

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity and some roles may be eligible for a RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. California & New York: $162,000 to $226,800 | All other US States: $150,000 to $210,000
