Job Title: Director of Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our upscale restaurant brands, ensuring a consistent and alluring brand image.
- Digital Presence: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online promotions to enhance our online presence and engage our audience.
- Partnerships: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to amplify our brand, collaborating with influencers, media, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Events and Promotions: Conceptualize and oversee captivating events and promotions to create buzz and drive traffic to our upscale establishments.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record at the director level in marketing for upscale and sexy restaurant brands in the Greater Miami area.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate concepts into effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of leading and inspiring a marketing team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Passion for the culinary and hospitality industry.
