Position: Pega Developer (with CSSA certification)
Location: Plano, TX/ Charlotte, NC /Chicago, IL / New Jersey, NJ/ Atlanta, GA (Hybrid role)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Client is seeking a Pega Developer (with CSSA certification) for our 12+ contract position with a client located in Plano, TX/ Charlotte, NC /Chicago, IL / New Jersey, NJ/ Atlanta, GA (Hybrid role) ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Banking & and financial services industry and a strong Finance background
Job Description:
10-12+ years' experience in Pega Application and Case design, Data Model design, Data Migration, User experience design, security, background processing, performance, deployment, and testing. Additional 3 years of any object-oriented programming skills in java / .net.
Responsibilities:
- Be a key contributor to development initiatives that require Pega technical expertise. Pega Workflow, Case Management, Integration experience needed.
- Agile experience required
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate delivery of software application.
- Communicate with technical partners and come up with solutions.
- Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintain and tests software applications that support business units.
- Provide innovative solutions to problems and drive the design/development of components.
- Effectively conveys message in both written and verbal development discussions.
Primary Skill
Pega Case Design, Flows and Management
Secondary Skill Tertiary Skill
Required Skills - Pega Implementation Architecture expertise.

- Data Migration
- Certification and/or working experience on Pega PRPC 8.x or greater
Desired Skills - Banking domain Pega experience (especially in compliance and risk)
- Strong understanding of key business elements
- Prior framework implementation experience
- Strong Data analysis skills
- Graduate / Undergraduate studies in computer science is a plus
