Job description
We are a construction firm looking for a skilled Property Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing financial and administrative services related to property accounting. You will work with real estate and construction projects while maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. Your understanding of real estate and construction accounting, combined with your financial analytics, will be essential for our success.

We are seeking an experienced CPA with at least 3-5 years of experience in real estate and construction accounting. Knowledge of real estate and construction accounting, and experience with apartments, houses, and development of multi-family dwellings is highly desirable. Strong financial analytics skills and a strong understanding of accounting principles are also required.
This role offers an attractive salary of between $70k - $100k annually, with potential for additional commissions and performance bonuses.
