Purpose of Position

The Facilities Manager is responsible for servicing mechanical systems coordinating and performing all facility maintenance tasks at their assigned locations (Tucson Learning center ~50,000 sq. ft facility). This includes acting on reports from employees at the facility, identifying needed routine maintenance tasks, as well as scheduling and performing preventative maintenance tasks.
