Carrie Joos Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring a Customer Service Representative.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
- Must possess the ability multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Have a Property & Casualty Insurance license. (or obtain one first 90 days)
- Be trustworthy, dependable, and ethical.
- Must be coachable.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be motivated and determined.
- Willing to travel to commercial sites.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Service Representative you will:
- Work closely with our Producers to provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to our clients
- As a CSR your responsibilities will include preparing and process quotes, proposals, applications, bonds, endorsements and certificates of insurance
- You will assess risk and coverage, review, and update policies
- Handle customer phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and general correspondence
- Maintain client activity tracking, files, billing, process payments and monitor accounts receivable
Requirements
- Over 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Dynamic, kind, and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and oral/presentation skills
- Desire to work towards measurable quotas and bonuses.
- Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license or be able to obtain (within 90 days)
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent Organizational Skills a MUST
